I visited the egghead one-hour auction site tonight. I haven't bought parts in a while, but I can't believe they are so low. I picked up 3 fast,wide 18 gig scsi drives for $100 apiece. They'll supplement the three 9 gig drives on my RAID card that I paid $300 apiece for less than a year ago.

Somebody hold me back. My bid for five 9-Gig fibre channel drives at $9 apiece is still the high bid. And I don't even know what fibre channel is ... yet <g>.
