I respectfully disagree. My casual impression of the new CFO is that he is very competent and has made great improvements in the SWTX accounting and financial control systems. He seems to have a good handle on issues associated with his responsibility. A cost accountant would seem appropriate and necessary to insure no repeat of last year's occurrence. However, we are all still awaiting a turnaround.
