A few years ago Berney did an extensive analysis and it clearly shows that the BigBoyz rule, period. We lean on it quite a bit because if I miss the right entry point and don't have the "right stuff" to sell right away, or if it gaps down, or anyone of a thousand other reasons to screw up the trade, we have confidence that eventually it will come back. Having said that, I don't know how long it will take..... patience...ggggg
It's a bitch trying to guess (even an educated guess) what FMAGX/OEX will close at the next day. As Berney tells me when I yell at him first thing in the AM on the open, "the day iznt over yet!" With Big Al and Dubyah "speaking" today all bets are off. Period. End of story. Two for the price of one, aren't we lucky? ggggg Can you just imagine Big Al laying it on in the morning and Dubyah taking it off in the afternoon! ggg Talk about whipsaw...ggg

BTW I have a down trend line on SPX at 1160 or so for today, that may be plus or minus a couple because on this software at the office I can't measure it very accurately. It is a line from the bottom of 7/28, 10/13, and 12/21. |
