Rather than get involved with Pseudo Politics ...
I would suggest a hard look at what goes on in Bill Gates
effort to standardize at least a segment of the industry.
microsoft.com

In my opinion, this effort and others , transcends politics
and more !

It's rather doubtful that Bill is looking to benefit society with his effort.

Rather ... he sees the future in xOFDM related
technologies, and knows that his next version Operating
Systems MUST support these new standards ... and the sooner the better - (as far as getting blended standards).

If we want to make money, we should look to separate the
wannabees from the leaders.

It follows that these organizations (including the OFDM-Forum will give us an insight on the leaders & potential leaders.

BRZE BTW has an interesting twist on FH & xOFDM technologies.
Will they be successful ? I don't know, but there are
some interesting posts on that thread.

Regards,
OM
