Ep, if Cyrix did not put pricing controls in their contract then they were desperate to the point of imprudence in their negotiations Pricing controls are illegal. TSMC has been a very successful foundry because they have a policy of not competing against their partners. IBM does not share the ethics or intelligence of TSMC. Scumbria
