They will get in a price war just to maintain mkt share. INTC is also saying that the recovery will not come soon. MSFT is cutting costs just to keep up with projections (look for MSFT to warn soon). Tech is dead money for at least a year. BTW, CSCO is up 9/16 -- is this a good short entry point?
