Environmental Solutions Worldwide
Announces Sales Orders In Excess Of $250,000

MARKHAM, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2001--Environmental
Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB:ESWW), a company that develops,
manufactures and markets environmental technologies, today announced
that since mid-January 2001, the Company has received orders in excess
of one quarter million dollars for its catalytic converters, converter
substrates and engine certification services.

Over this short period of time, ESW has been contracted by
companies, which are seeking EPA certification and catalyst products
for internal combustion engines. A competitive environment compels the
Company to protect the privacy of its clients. These engines, equipped
with either the Enviro-Cat(TM) or Clean Cat(R) catalytic converter,
have and are undergoing testing at the Company's EPA / CARB authorized
emissions testing lab (ATS) in Telford, PA. Once ESW completes the EPA
certification, ESW's client is permitted to market their engine in
North America.

David Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of ESW, commented: "These
certifications are a vital precursor to furthering our converter
sales, as it is important to understand that engines fitted with one
of our converter products and subsequently EPA certified are then
required to be equipped with that same ESW converter product in order
to be sold."

Mr. Johnson continued: "The Company has received a number of
orders for its Enviro-Cat and Clean Cat converters, as well as its
catalyzed substrates. These products are being used in a variety of
applications, including the European and Far East automotive retrofit
markets, as well as the U.S. stationary power genset and utility
engine markets."

Bengt Odner, Chairman of ESW, remarked: "Environmental Solutions
has rapidly developed its capabilities as an effective product
development company. Presently, we are able to research, develop, test
and produce marketable catalytic products. It is exciting to witness
the development of sales for both our Enviro-Cat and Clean Cat
products. Since our initial order, received in January, we have
steadily increased our order booking. The testing and certification
services ATS generates will enhance ESW's ability to present viable
emissions solutions to the various industries to which we market.

The
wide interest in our products and services is encouraging to
management, as we are confident it will help us create and build
long-term shareholder value."
Mr. Odner added: "The Company previously announced its first order
in January for a custom-built Clean Cat converter which was delivered
for a standby diesel generator for the global e-Messaging Service
Provider, USA.NET. This order has created numerous inquiries for
further potential sales and we have presently tendered quotes for over
60 installations in North America alone for this segment of our
catalyst product line."
