It was a hypothetical situation... We were trying to guess (then) how it was possible that so much stock had been sold. I think he suspected I had something to do with it, as I trade for a living and had a fairly large number of shares. I think it is possible, but at this point most of the outstanding restricted stock is available to trade---Personally, I have 18,000s of restricted of which 15,000 can now be sold, if I like. I have not received the proxy that you spoke of earlier...I wonder why, some of my stock is now in my possession. Anyway, will you go to the meeting, whenever it is? Perhaps I can get away for it.
