I disagree - usually not, but we have a very unusual situation, the burst of the greatest stock market bubble in history. So either it will be a credit market collapse, or the Fed will save us (printing $). Either way, it won't be pleasant. I placed my bets on the latter, I hope it will be a softer landing than Japan-1989. But this bubble has been much worse than the Japanese bubble of 1989.
