Lower interest rates also favor the bulls. Stocks compete with bonds and the present value of future cash flows is dependent upon rates. Biotechs move on news not earnings. Biotechs do well during the big AACR conference going on now. Biotechs are valued based upon the quality of the science, cash on hand, and the burn rate of that cash. I got IMNX after the blow up for a trade. good luck
