No worries, I was just needling. I went to an open house on Sunday in Linden Hills (barely, at best). Thirteen hundred square feet for 244,000, and it felt smaller. There were people streaming in and out of it. I'm sure it will be multiple bidders over ask...my agent said they are short of listings for buyers and aren't even using comps for valuation because they are too old. Incredible. -dave
