That's the picture I see too, stomper. And with the lousy climate we have up here you know that without roots or job market this is not where most people would settle down permanently. Economically, Minnesota is doing better than most states and high tech transfers from CA and other states are keeping prices up.

But recent article about Lake Regions Mfr having trouble hiring in Chaska due to escalating costs of local homes is indication that the price of RE has gotten completely out of hand.
