I agree with most of your views on Mr. Greenspan and the bursting of NASDAQ bubble. However, if Mr. Greenspan should take some blames, he should be blamed for not following up with tough love after his irrational exuberance warning in Dec. 1996. Instead, he permitted huge growth in monetary and credit supplies. It was the large monetary and credit growth that makes the high tech bubble possible. Bill Cross at PIMCO has some interesting views on Fed. Here is the link pimco.com
