Yep, that was my thinking. I've taken the unusual position of buying some QQQ calls, and gone ahead and virtually eliminated my short stance. It will make it trickier to get re-entered in the event of a swift reversal or failure of this breakout, but I think there's enough evidence now that this rally is going to get some legs. H&S bottom on the hourlies, relative strength of COMPX, Dow in a corrective up wave. The only thing that makes me think it could be a day or two before COMPX gets out of the base is the fact that Dow has pretty clear five waves up, time for a rest. Oh, and I hear them opening the EOQ paint cans in the background. Slightly more subdued tones out of respect for the deceased, but ultra high gloss as usual... BC
