they're all fiat currencies. confetti is confetti no matter who prints it. but it's true that the dollar has lost a lot against the European currencies and the Yen over the long term. so the Fed has been even more inflationary than the other countries. the developments of the past decade are but a blip in the longer term picture. since WW 2, the dollar has lost e.g. about 65% against the German mark.
