Jim, Clinton was very conscientious with the issues that affect our lives. He balanced the budget faster than he promised. He took leadership in environmental issues. He tried to tackle the health care problem. He took leadership in Yugoslavia after Bush/Powell refused to do so. He got GATT and NAFTA passed despite endless whining from Ross Perot and others. He worked tirelessly for peace in Ireland and the Middle east. Yes, he is very moral. Scumbria
