I don't see much of a threat. Harris (Concurrent) was/is primarily in the high-end real-time market with a Unix-like or derived (I'm not sure which) product requiring substantial RAM and possibly rotating media. While this market should remain healthy (Lynx is another player in it) the serious growth seems to be in smaller, embedded products. In addition NT, OS/2, and various Unix flavors pose a larger threat to the high-end real-time market as faster processors help overcome the real-time deficiencies of these OS'.
