1) PRST does not have a patent on "processless plates". It has a patent on a form processless plate. 2) Your history is skewed as to MSFT and IBM. The foundation of MSFT is DOS, which IBM developed. IBM sought out a company to handle software, because it wrongly felt their market was hardware and not software. Kodak understands its market. Fisher is genious technologically and brilliant Marketer. As to ultimate market share, PRST will be lucky to survive.
