It reminds me of a sign I saw on the highway a couple of years back: "Yes Mario, there is a speed limit." Of course at that time it was called the "basic law" which just called for you to be sensible under the conditions. It appears I was not being sensible and I received a ticket for doing 110 in a thunderstorm. With hindsight, I prefer the 75 dollar ticket over the alternative -- being dead.
