I've found blink.com dang handy for accessing my links when I'm using different PCs.

Of course, it comes with the usual caveat of a dot bomb, etc., but uploading bookmarks is very easy. It can act as a non-primary off-site backup. (And for new links, you can simply e-mail them to your Blink account, and position them in the appropriate folder later.)
