Tom, interesting action on NCNX today: a spike right before close. This company is a wireless ISP and I believe FTC is supposed to grant them a license to operate several frequencies in some small markets on March 29 by default, pending noone objects to it. On the other hand, the company has already announced cutting their workforce by 6%. In addition, a new guy was hired on Feb. 8 as their new CTO. He had quit on Mar. 15 to "pursue other interests". I believe he knows something we don't. I hope it runs tomorrow.
