Dear Silicon Investor Streaming Real-Time Portfolio Users,

Effective April 1, 2001, Money.net will begin charging Silicon Investor users $9.99 per month for the Streaming Real-Time Portfolio Tracker. On Friday, March 30, when you open your portfolio you will need to set up payment through Money.net. If you have any questions, please contact Money.net technical support at techsupport@money.net or 1-888-254-8904.

FAQ

· Will I have to create a new portfolio?
No. Beginning March 30, when you open your portfolio, you will be prompted by Money.net to set up payment to them, but you will not need to create a new portfolio.

· What if I don’t want to use the new service?
If you do not want to participate in the new service you don’t have to. However, your existing account will no longer be valid.

· What other changes will I notice?
Under the new Streaming Real-Time Portfolio Tracker you will have real-time information from AMEX and OPRA in addition to NYSE and NASDAQ.

· Is there any contractual obligation?
No. The fee is simply $9.99 per month.
