Actually I think Bundy is one of the most famous serial killers. The TV movie about him probably had a lot to do with that. Of course there are other famous serial killers- I certainly wouldn't want to argue about who is THE most famous serial killer. I would guess it is Manson- but I could be wrong. Most serial killers are also sexual predators- so I'm not sure where you are going with this. As for your comparison of Clinton to Bundy I still think it is very strange. Obviously you don't. Your reclassification of Bundy as a rapist rather than a serial killer, doesn't convince me at all. But perhaps other people are moved by your arguments. To what end, I've no idea.
