This proves once again that, no matter how good the management team is, economic conditions clearly rule the day. Having said all of that, I am not certain about NT's management team.

Given the wide-spread nature of the telecom downturn, it is hard to believe that there would be much a a brain-drain. LU had that problem prior to the economic downturn.

IMO, Roth will be ousted sometime in the next 6-9 month period. Too much of a credibility problem.
