Jacob, this is how AMAT price responded to SEMI data the last two cycles near the floor. i17.yimg.com notice how confirmation of bookings bottom caused a price spike. i17.yimg.com this time investors didn't wait for bottom confirmation. Price started a steady climb ahead of announcement of the SEMI bookings bottom number. Bookings and btb bottomed the same month. SEMI data is shown when it became AVAILABLE, i.e. on the 20th day or nearest higher day. Buyers don't want to wait for bottom confirmation! Gottfried
