Yes, Andy Ludwick took over Bay after the Synoptics/Wellfleet merger. Disaster.

FWIW, the NT warning was a profit warning. IMO, they do not have the visibility into the sales channel to warn on a $100M miss in sales. But profit missing by 8 cents/share without a sales slip would have made people wonder about their financial controls. Agree?

(All just IMO of course.)
