Teresa and I both use eSignal these days for charting of equities and futures. The data reliability is very good. eSignal has a level II module, but I can't speak to it since I've never run Level II in my life.

eSignal for both of us is driving TradeStation; Teresa is just about to evaluate Metastock which can also be driven by the same eSignal feed.

A while back I'd have recommended Quote.com but over the past 18 months I've been unable to recommend that service to anyone, it has become so unreliable - and based on the forum here on SI, it seems that Level II is particularly troublesome.

If your needs are more modest, you might even try SI's own IQCharts...
