Tide Glider--I have no respect or use for Gartner Group. Their 'predictions' regarding the costs of fixing the Y2K bug were literally off by a factor of 10. They consistently beat the drum of doom and gloom. I was always seeing them cited as an authority and giving the most inflated numbers. They may be correct now but I am reminded of a saying of a friend of mine from Arkansas regarding a blind hog and acorns. All the Best Druss
