Jeffry,

My comment was simply meant to suggest that agricultural management practices can be universally applied. What was discovered about managing a diseased animal in Bangladesh may well have applied in Vermont, should we have had the patience to see the illness through to a different end, i.e. the recovery of the patient.

As regards to your comment that you know a great deal more than you care to admit, I'd have to say I'm a keen fan of the PM route, should there be something to the Vermont sheep quarantine that you feel I could benefit from knowing and that wouldn't be to much noblesse oblige for you to share. Sadly, I spend time on the Internet to share information. Not to be told by some that Although I know a great deal more than I care to admit . Frankly, this statement comes across as snooty, superior and dismissive. Surely that wasn't your intent?

Just seeking the facts, Ray :)
