(OTC BB:MDCH) Tuesday announced that it has filed a Form SB-2 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This filing replaces the Form SB-2 previously withdrawn in February. The company also announced that it has completed development of the retail package for Zorex, its cold sore product.
