So, the relatively small number of folks who work up a sweat by RUNNING to the store and PAYING for the lion's share of the Gatorade are "not even thirsty" in your opinion... Nonsense. JMHO. P.S. If those folks that are buying all that Gatorade for us aren't even thirsty yet, hell, why don't we make them do 100 push-ups after they get back from the store just for good measure... [Translation: why not increase the top marginal rates? that would really help the economy, don't you think???]
