Do you feel Republican leaders are more prone to starting wars? Maybe it's time for the USA to start taking some shots at Russia again. (sarcasm intended) Okay, on a serious note, what are their options other than the interest rate switch? Btw, it's encouraging to read that real estate is holding somewhat solid, although, I tend to feel that will soften in about 6 months after more high-tech layoffs. Regards, Amy J
