I think the management wants to be proactive against liars. They understand there will always be shorts but they don't have to be felonious liars. There is a big difference. Shorts are like volcanoes. Periodically messy but the Earth would die without the cycles they create.

I expect to hear of a move to NYSE, maybe after the share buyback and before the split.
