How can a state welcome energy intensive industry to its back yard year after year and at the same time fail to build a single power plant to handle the excess demand? It truly boggles the mind and after reading your 1-2-3 the boggling ramps up to new levels. See any possibility of some metals moving up sharply due to lower West Coast production? Aluminum, copper zinc, etc?
