Jay, I think you make an EXCELLENT point. I am going to keep saying it to myself too because too often it comes right in and right out of my head.
In situations like these, there is NO reason to buy any stock unless the insiders are buying it.

Currently, they are using every rally to cash out and that does not bode well for the future. Heck, even Priceline.com insiders are trying to get out...what does that tell you???

As an aside, I feel very cheated as to who the "winners" of this game have been. It's been CEO's, I-Bankers, and top management spouting B.S. on CNBS, manipulating BS (Balance Sheets), and being overall greedy basturds almost all for personal gain.

Don't blame Alan Greenspan, blame Larry Ellison.


Easy credit and money - which Greenspan created - turns relatively intelligent people into fools.
