About a week ago you believed that the judge was going to let RMBS lawyers roast over the flames the INfineon executives. Since RMBS's lawyers didn't go that route but acted in a manner that allows for a settlement, what's your feeling on the outcome of the trial. Every docket looks like it is going to be under seal from now on. My layman's gut feeling is that some of the counterclaims are going to be settled soon since Infineon was proposing signficant settlement deals on the 16th.
