t2, I added @ 20.25. I am making a heroic assumption here that opticals are not dead,
and that the next rate decrease will improve vision/visibility significantly,
and the big guys will go bonkers laying out the networks.
You will be surprised how much cheaper money improves visibility;
add a happy, confident consumer and
sometimes you even get 20/20 vision out to 3 years.....
Old debts get re-financed .
Fed Governor and Alan said we are near the end. I believe them,
considering consumer confidence and declining rates,

DOW is moving back up; NAZ should follow, America moves on,
