I mentioned that Steve may have been hurt as a result of his positive views on CPQ. At the time, I was on the other side of it. I am not short CPQ, although I think it could fess up to some nastiness at quarter end.

With respect to your dubious claim, and without predjudice, be aware that our lawyers are endeavouring to supeona all emails, messages, and internal correspondence from your joint for the last several years. We have already received some from an anonymous source that suggests rather strongly that you in fact patented waxed cardboard box technology weeks after you signed the Waxed Cardboard Box Technology Standards Accord. Our lawyers will crush you to a cardboard pulp. (BG)
