A theist believes in God. A fundamentalist believes in the literal inerrancy of the Bible, and several other doctrines to which I do not subscribe. I have at various times informed you that I am neither a Christian nor a fundamentalist, and you have not asked for an longer explanation. Therefore, I had reason to believe you understood. On the other hand, it is true that you recurringly seem to forget. By the way, "the religious" was not linked to the "we", rather it was a general observation of human beings. The final note about rejecting God should have tipped you off. Finally, I have repeatedly told you that I have am not against abortion as a matter of dogmatic conformity, and that I take no position on when the fetus is "ensouled". (I have no idea why you would think that speculations about computers coming alive were particularly fundamentalist, but what the heck, may as well through that in).

Well, it is good to know what one is up against.....
