van, i ENJOY life! :-) i enjoy it enough not to gamble away my future on sucker bets. i don't need to worry about my next ira or 401k statement looks like b/c i'm in money markets. i have a condo paid for - paid cash in feb of 2000 while all the momo folks were mortgaging their homes to buy csco en mass at $70 to buy and hold and get rich! why did i make different decisions? b/c i saw the truth. you might not like it. i might not like it. but the truth is what it is and i don't live in a delusional state. at least i try. btw, i don't like what i see. the market overhang is spilling over into the economy with a vengeance. i can see my employer shutting its doors for good within 12 months. i hope i'm wrong.
