John, interesting situation, thanks for heads up. Big risk is in the forward price of stlw. The optical sector is extremely weak and stlw shares will be flooding the market. I think the shares may fall considerably. Have you found out when the metha will be ex dividend of spinoff? (methb would be better buy). Also the cash on metha books is primarily from ipo. Do you know where a pro forma breakdown is available in EDGAR? stlw may be carrying most of cash on their books.
