New Business Strategy and Process Consultant Will Focus on Profitability

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 28, 2001--Interactive Telesis(TM) Inc. (OTCBB:TSIS - news), a provider of interactive voice response (IVR) and speech-enabled hosting services, today announced that Andrew Schachter has joined the company as a business strategy and process consultant.

Interactive Telesis expects this appointment to play a key role in the company's drive to profitability. The company also announced that Schachter will be appointed to Interactive Telesis' Board of Directors.

Schachter brings to this appointment a wealth of experience in business and brand strategy implementation. Before joining Interactive Telesis, Schachter served as Founder and President of Think Interactive, a business and brand strategy company. In this role, he provided business, e-business and new business model development and implementation strategy to a number of Fortune 1000 clients including Microsoft, RCA and Toshiba. Prior to that, Schachter worked at Chiat/Day Advertising. During his tenure at Chiat/Day, he created the agency's interactive strategy group and was responsible for numerous TV, print and interactive campaigns.
