I'm not a lawyer, but I'll play one on the thread. If ever there was an invitation for a class action lawsuit against a company, this is it! Not that I have much sympathy for anyone who bought this POS after it was pushed out the door kicking and screaming and being repriced and downside. Anyone who bought (willingly; I understand how arms are twisted by the scumbag underwriters to force it on some hapless institutions) got exactly what they deserved.
