To think like a plaintiff's lawyer, rule number one is what are the damages? 130 million shares traded hands today, the worst anyone lost was 12 cents. That's what, maybe $15 million tops? Is that a deep enough pocket?

Not saying they won't do it, just that there are bigger fish to fry.
