Most of the NDX leaders still have p/e that are way too high. I like the management and the products of JDSU, JNPR, and CIEN--I really want to own them! But not at p/e greater than 100 during a high tech recession. I recall SCMR was around 170 last year. They are at 10 now and still have a p/e of 73.
