From the rise in stock price it is clear something is going on behind the scenes. What do you think the implications of a take-over wouild be w.r.t. stock price. If another company like Mercedes took over Ballard it would no longer be a pure play into an enviroimentally friendly technology. Hence its interest to me as an investment would be lessened. It would no longer be a buy and hold stock but rather a "when to maximize profits and get out" stock.
