Do you happen to know what conversion details are on the H series. Sedar didn't show this in the f/s.

Have an e-mail in to Ivaco Investor relations since Monday, no reply.

Have you or anyone else following this thread had a look at the units being offered by quadravest.com and triaxcapital.com
Both have issues with bank guarantees of the principal. Some of the recent issues look mighty tempting in light of fact they are buying assets at a low point in the cycle. Both seem to be successful at selling calls on the assets and providing returns of 10%+. If we get a bounce in the market I think both of these companies should be able to throw off special dividends.
Would be interested in hearing what people think are the negatives with these instruments
