**OT**Surplus: Ham, I guess you are of the belief that it is the Government that owns your
paycheck.
Forget us non believers. Put your money where your mouth is and go ahead and send
the IRS any surpluses you got.

BTW of course the surplus is a myth when you carry 25 trillion dollars in National Debt.

Funny how that 25 trillion never bothered the Communist Consciences of the Democratic party
and Congresses of the last 50 years when they where in control and could have done something to reduce it.
Instead they waited 50 years till the Republicans came in to yell fire,and blame them for the National Debt
