Some guy on CNBC talking about CSCO: Moving toward fair value In one year, the stock should be higher Investors must "close their eyes and put on blinders" when buying this stock. In the long run, it will do well CSCO must be viewed as the complete package Perhaps the "slow bleed" was allowed to continue on purpose, as the stock is reaching a turnaround price Anyone have any idea what he means by the last point ?
