Addi,

No matter how you look at the market, the valuation of SP 500 right now is higher than those of the beginning of the previous bear markets. Issues like CSCO were spotting similar P/E ratio just 3 years ago when those issues were growing top and bottom line at 50% (no matter what methods they use to make the numbers pretty). Sure they don't deserve such lofty valuations when growth rate is meager or negative.
